We are delighted to announce that we will be holding a medico-legal focused seminar in the Council Room at the Medical Society of London on the afternoon of Tuesday 28th November.

Led by Mr David Eccles, a highly-successful recently retired Senior Barrister for Medical Negligence. David and Mr Nicholas Morris, Consultant Gynaecologist and Obstetrician and medico-legal Consultant, will provide participants with an overview of the claimant claim processes, from the letter of claim to the meeting of experts and finally to court. David will discuss the duties of an expert to the court, and the court process. They will also explain how a claim is made and how a defendant needs to prepare.

A light lunch consisting of deli-style sandwiches, teas and coffees will be served from 1.00pm. The seminar will begin at 1.30pm and will include a break for refreshments. It will aim to finish by 5:15pm after which guests will be invited for a networking session.
