We are excited to announce on September 11th 2023, we welcomed our new Managing Director, Ken Mackness, to the IDF.

Ken joins us with an extensive background in membership organisations and with a wealth of experience, making him a perfect fit to lead the IDF as we continue to serve and empower our members.

As Managing Director, Ken brings fresh ideas and strategies that will undoubtedly contribute to the continued success and expansion of the IDF. Ken is enjoying getting to know the team and is looking forward to meeting our IDF members at upcoming events, allowing him to gain valuable insights into the needs and aspirations of our diverse membership, fostering stronger connections and better understanding.
